Murrieta to Promote SeqOnce Sample Prep Tech at Incubator Facility.

Genomic sequencing business incubator Murrieta Genomics has agreed to promote SeqOnce Biosciences' next-generation sequencing sample prep technology, the companies announced today.

SeqOnce was founded in 2014 as a spinout of the University of Southern California and has developed a technology called RhinoSeq for NGS library preparation that the Pasadena-based company says is significantly quicker than competing methods.

Under the terms of the deal, Murrieta will provide information and demonstrations on RhinoSeq to potential customers at its incubator facility in Murietta, California, as well as test additional SeqOnce products in its laboratory to assist in their development. Additional terms were not disclosed.
